§Job purpose: To manage The HEINEKEN’s Company’s website and corporate communications channels
§Reports to: On Tap Content Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Product owner of the CA Toolkit: Leads the cross-functional product team managing digital tools and platforms. Manages channels strategy including roadmaps per channel, budget, content management, functional and technical oversight. 24/7 delivery of our owned digital communications channels:, Newsroom, HeiPort and Workplace. Manages localisation of NL, Germany, USA, Cambodia and Sri Lanka. Works closely together with internal stakeholders and suppliers in order to deliver on our targets/ambitions.

On Tap: Drives content management, optimum channel mix, safeguarding consistency in ToV and look and feel per channel, supports the execution of the EdCal liaising with the On Tap team, content owners & external stakeholders.

Delivery of 2021 Full Year Results & online Annual Report on HNV & HHNV: Media releases publication, AR PDF/XHTML files, manages related content changes impacting and execute social media strategy in collaboration with Corporate and Financial Comms team. Collaboration with Global functions including IR, Control & Accounting, Company Secretary, Brand & Innovation teams etc and managing external stakeholders (agencies). Manages relationship with the Heineken Holding NV to ensure smooth delivery of FYR and AR.

Special projects: Contributes as functional owner of HeiPort in the HeiPort replacement project. Delivery of project management: WP Engagement Plan & Company Visual Identity 2.0.

Company visual identity: Oversee company visual identity refresh. Ensuring word, PPT and all assets (logos, typefaces, guidelines etc) are available on the Company Visual Identity Portal, Responding to questions from across the globe (design questions, logo requests etc). Working together with Legal on various topics e.g. naming of OpCos.


Experience & Profile (What & How)



§Education: University level
§Work experience: 10+ years
§Required work experience in field of expertise: Corporate affairs/ Corporate communications experience in a large multinational (preferably FMCG) or an agency firm.
§Other fields of expertise: Effective communication, employee engagement strategy, financial and business understanding as well as measuring, reporting and evaluation.
§Functional skills: Microsoft Office, knowledge of communication and industry trends, stakeholder management, digital and technology proficiency
§Languages: Fluent in English


§Key Leadership expectations: The Communications Channel Manager has a deep understanding of the communication channels required to activate employees across markets  and further and develop new channels to increase impact, reach and relevance of messages.
§Communications skills: Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong project management skills, able to understand and articulated The Heineken Company priorities and how they translate into functional and local priorities and programming.
§Other skills: Structured and organized thinker able to manage multiple projects, skilled stakeholder manager, builds collaborative relationships, team player, proactive attitude, influencing skills.
