Job Description

§Function/ Region: Global Corporate Affairs
§(Sub)department: Global Change & Communication Hub
§Job purpose: The Change & Communication specialist supports HEINEKEN Global Procurement (HGP) and Global Supply Chain in a unified way to deliver world-class change and communication aligned to the EverGreen transformation. The role is responsible for leading the development and execution of the change & comms plan for HGP (80%) as well as supporting the Change & Communications Lead for Global Supply Chain (10%). 10% of the time will be devoted to supporting initiatives within the Change & Comms Hub.
§Reports to: Global Change, Communication & Operations Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities
§Shape & deliver communication and engagement plans and programs to support the Leadership Team in driving change and embedding the EverGreen strategy in HGP.
§Drive internal communication and engagement activities locally and globally to drive and facilitate a networked and collaborative working environment across HGP and GSC that is equipped to deliver the functional Procurement and SC strategies.
§Foster a collaborative & cohesive team culture that promotes horizontal learning and recognises & celebrates success.
§Act as a sounding board to HGP Senior Management and provide strategic advice regarding key messages and clarity and purpose of the communication (co-shape messages).
§Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement to empower the function to communicate and plan for change activities in a structured and consistent way as per best practice standards.
§Create the communication calendar and drive key communication moments for HGP.
§Showcase functional success stories on key topics such as cost & value, sustainability, efficiency & value, unleashing potential and re-shaping the supplier base across the organisation /externally that highlights the value the Procurement function brings to the organization.
§Leverage the new HEINEKEN Change Management model to further develop the change capability within HGP.
§Support external communication activity to help HGP leverage its position with suppliers through different industry sector & topic-based communications. 
 
Experience & Profile (What & How)

What:

§Education: University level
§Work experience: 8-10 years leading and implementing change and communicating on a variety of complex business topics, projects and transformational activities on a functional / organizational level.
§Functional skills: Engagement and collaboration tools like MS Teams Live events, knowledge of comms & engagement trends; business acumen and learning agility
§Languages: Fluency in English

Work experience: Substantial communications and change management experience with business-partnering activities across stakeholders.
§Communications skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills; deep understanding of engagement tools; can take complex information and distil it into concrete, clear and simple messages for various audiences
§Change Management: Deep understanding of driving change through applying a structured methodology to make change stick
§Business Acumen: Strong business savviness with ability to dive deep into function being supported; ideal candidate will have knowledge in, or be  interested in learning about, the function of Procurement .
