What will you do as a Global Travel Buyer – People Experience Procurement?

You will join the People Experience Procurement team within HEINEKEN Global Procurement, where we focus on sourcing for areas like HR, External Workforce, Real Estate, Travel, Fleet, and Facility Services. While your primary focus will be supporting Global Category Managers and the Lead across a variety of categories, you will also take on travel buying-related activities as a secondary focus, helping ensure effective sourcing, supplier management, and program support in this key area.

 

You’ll analyze spend data, benchmark suppliers, track procurement performance, and help deliver value through insightful reporting and impactful project work. You’ll also support cross-functional and change initiatives, and play a central role in communicating the team's progress and value across the business.

  • Strong analytical skills; advanced in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Experience or strong interest in multiple procurement categories
