We achieve this by taking an omnichannel approach across all touchpoints, including distributors, sales representatives, telesales, and customer care, to serve our customers in a better, faster and smarter way.
What will you do as a Business Intelligence Analyst?
You are a key player in driving a data driven organization across all our ebusiness teams [Digital products, Growth & Transformation, etc]. This role requires a hands-on approach. You will roll your sleeves up, get into data, and identify they key insights that will drive our business forward. Your work will be a key source of leverage] not just for individual product teams, but also for leaders across the organization. Your analyses, in coordination with others on the Data & Analytics team, will drive how we set eBusiness KPIs, OKRs, and strategies. This position will also be able to collaborate with & leverage the capabilities of other global functions like Global Analytics & Value Measurement.

Your roles & responsibilities:

Derive the right data & analytics required from complex data sets for internal stakeholders based on use cases, business questions, and eCommerce strategies

Develop and maintain easy to understand dashboards, graphs, and tables to increase adoption of underlying insights

Drive adoption of self-service data across multiple teams in the eBusiness organization

Proactively identify opportunities to improve global eBusiness performance

Collaborate with engineering and eBusiness Data & Analytics team to prioritize the development roadmap for Heineken’s data platforms and analytical services and tools.

Enforce data governance policies and operational processes to ensure the accuracy, quality, reliability, and accessibility of data.

Enforce data quality standards, monitoring services, and auditing processes for operational conformance and legal requests in a federated environment.
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an ambitious professional who has a proven track record in product management, data & analytics, and experience in bringing revenue generating data products to market. A real data enthusiast that is ready to provide deep insights. Additionally, we expect the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field [CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, etc.];

3+ years in data and analytics or other quantitative field [finance, business operations, etc]

Advanced analytics skills including SQL or Python; knowledge of statistical analysis & data mining techniques
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear & actionable matter
-
Experience with large scale data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, value measurement, and analytics tracking
-
Experience working with leading data visualization products like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
