Traineeships The Netherlands

In March 2025, we have launched a new program: the Global Graduate Program. This program is a redesigned version of our Management Traineeships. Over the course of the three-year program, you will complete three rotations, each lasting six months. The first two rotations will take place at HEINEKEN Netherlands, followed by an overseas assignment at another operating company. After these rotations, you will spend approximately 18 months in a role at HEINEKEN Netherlands. After successful completion of the program, you will be ready to explore our world, and to explore your future, at HEINEKEN.

The specific timing for recruitment across the different tracks has not yet been determined. As soon as the timelines are confirmed, we will update this page with the relevant information.
