Traineeships The Netherlands

In March 2025, we will launch a new program: the Global Graduate Program. This program is a redesigned version of our Management Traineeships. Over the course of the three-year program, you will complete three rotations, each lasting six months. The first two rotations will take place at HEINEKEN Netherlands, followed by an overseas assignment at another operating company. After these rotations, you will spend approximately 18 months in a role at HEINEKEN Netherlands. After successful completion of the program, you will be ready to explore our world, and to explore your future, at HEINEKEN.

Applications for the Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain tracks will open in March 2025, and the program itself will kick off in September 2025.
