The MDM Specialist (Functional Admin) is responsible for functional support and operational stability of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across HEINEKEN’s global landscape. The role focuses on analysis and resolution of incidents and service requests, functional troubleshooting, and coordination with MDM Specialists, Developers, and Platform Engineers to ensure timely and high‑quality resolution.
Your responsibilities would include:
- analyzing requests for MDM support, including incidents, service requests, and operational issues related to MDM applications and processes (Mendix, Tibco)
- resolving MDM incidents, issue and deliver service requests within agreed scope and service levels, ensuring data correctness and platform stability
- performing functional analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes and determine resolution paths.
- supporting in the preparation and execution of functional tests
- contributing to knowledge base updates, functional documentation, and support guidelines
- advocating good MDM practices and correct usage of MDM solutions among users
- collaborating closely with Senior MDM Specialists, Product Owners, and technical teams to improve support processes and reduce recurring incidents.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in a data related role
- experience in functional support, incident handling, or operational MDM activities
- ability to analyze business and data issues and translate them into functional problem statements
- experience working with MDM tools (Mendix, Tibco or similar)
- strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross‑functional environment
- experience in management in Customers, Vendors, Finance, Business Partners and related reference data
- ability to work in a cross functional environment
- very good written and verbal English
