The MDM Specialist (Fixed-Term) is responsible for leading the design and delivery of simple Master Data Management (MDM) features across HEINEKEN’s global landscape. This role ensures high-quality, integrated master data by collaborating with business and technical teams, driving governance improvements, and aligning solutions with strategic goals and industry standards. Operating within the Digital & Technology (D&T) department, the MDM Specialist plays a key role in advancing HEINEKEN’s data strategy and promoting best-in-class data stewardship.

Your responsibilities would include:

• eliciting the requirements for MDM features and workflows in collaboration
• creating or updating detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, authorizations, data flow diagrams and knowledge basis
• creating or updating the user stories for the features
• supporting the MDM Technical Specialists in preparing the technical specifications and bridge between business and technical concepts and terms
• assisting the Product Owner with the estimation of the effort and the prioritization of the MDM user stories
• driving and supporting the development and release of the features in collaboration with the developers
• delivering consultancy on MDM processes and workflows when requested (e.g. preparation of presentations on MDM, project due diligence, preparation of training etc.)
• advocating for good MDM practices across the organization.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in a data related role
• ability to translate business requirements into data specifications for simple requirement Experience in design, deliver, maintain MDM features and workflow
• experience in management of some of the most common master data
• knowledge and hand on experience of at least 1 of the most common MDM tools
• ability to work in a cross functional environment
• strong communication skills
• excellent written and verbal English
