Recruitment & Talent Manager

Job Title : Recruitment & Talent Manager

Department : Human Resources

 

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

 

Employee recruitment and selection

  • Manage the company recruitment whole process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening and interview strategy.
  • Support broader talent acquisition strategies (employer branding, internal recruiting, diversity, etc.) and implement employer branding activities to provide best candidate experiences.
  • Build deep networks of diverse candidates across industries and geographies who interested to work with us through community relationships.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel opportunities of sourcing and active candidates and utilize advanced candidate sourcing techniques to deliver best-in-class talent solutions to the business.
  • Lead implementation of the recruiting activities to better attract and recruit the right target.
  • Recruit and hire candidates, then conduct Newcomer onboarding process for the 1st day.

 

Talent Management

  • Develop and implement talent strategy, talent attraction programs for the business success.
  • Design and deliver talent management processes including talent review (assessment and identification). Develop relationships with key leaders to review and refine the talent review process to identify opportunities for associate growth.
  • Proactively work with business leaders to understand their challenges and needs to implement talent management solutions most valuable to their business.
  • Conduct external benchmarks to build and maintain expert knowledge of talent management practices.

 

Employee Relations

  • Conduct exit interview when employee voluntarily resign the job.
  • Review and update the company’s Internal Labour Rules & Collective Labor Agreement and register with local authority, manager external/internal audit.
  • Lead WPC and other communication channels with HR team.

 

HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a bridge to represent the people agenda and translate functional needs into HR actions.
  • Act as an intermediary between employer and employees

  • Passionate about HR and long-term career in HR
  • Willingness to learn quickly and be challenged to grow.
  • Detail and accuracy orientated.
  • Positive attitude under pressure
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding local labor market and have good network with local HR agents.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 4-year university degree
  • More than 8-9 years HR related experience, recruitment experience advantageous
  • Outstanding skills in MS applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluent in both spoken & written English
