OFF Trade Marketing Executive

Department / Function : Trade Marketing Team

Position : Off Trade Marketing executive


Role & Responsibilities

- Initiate BTL activities for Heineken Portfolio Brands in Off trade channel

- Build a short-term and mid-term commercial plan within a team to make profitable business growth in Off trade

- Support Off trade team for individual promotions and major account activities

- Support on promotion planning and activation in Off trade channel especially in Hyper and CLSM, Cash and carry channel

- Come up with the creative and effective idea and execute them in terms of promotion, visibility and distribution

- Develop value added promotional package

- Develop GWP & visibilities for BTL campaigns

- Manage Off Trade Brand promoters & agencies

- Develop Shopper Insights and implement in Off trade

- Manage BTL budget spending and plan for channels in charge

- BTL activation review


Minimum Requirement / Competencies

- Working Experiences : Minimum 3 years in Sales or Trade Marketing, preferably in Off trade sales (not mandatory)

- Logical and strategic thinking with data analysis skill

- Strong motivation and career aspiration for the position

- High level of communication skills both internal and external stakeholders

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT)

- Positive and collaborative attitude even under high pressure

- Strong verbal / figure reasoning

- Strong shopper and consumer insights

- Proficient in English both written and verbal

- Strong multi-tasker working well under pressure

- Attention to detail and passion for delivering flawless output
