Heineken Brand Manager
Major Responsibilities of the Position:
- Contribute to brand plan with innovative and unique ideas in the brand pillar of “World Class Experience” (Target consumer focused) – including Music, Sports, or other consumer experience based campaigns.
- Dive into ideation or structure development for Annual Planning and Strategic Planning in line with Senior Brand Manager.
- In charge of communication both internally with Sales and Trade Marketing for consistent 360 activations and externally with agencies for fluid understanding.
- Manage, analyze and report budget and spending in line with total annual budget plan.
Details:
- Generate relevant consumer insight for campaigns & develop creative brief in line with annual brand plan.
- Manage bidding and proposals with creative agencies and request digital, media & PR support while managing budget, schedules and team support.
- Consistently manage effective activation through communication and collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing.
- Review, evaluate, analyze Marketing efficiency and Sales volume effectiveness of spending & annual plan and report to Senior Brand Manager.

- Experience in holistic marketing functions: execution of advertising campaign, promotion and media buying, digital communication planning/execution and activation driving
- Ability to analyze market and consumer research data and derive insights, keep in touch with trends
- Result-oriented with fast learning and adaptability
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and deliver results through others
- Creative mind & passion to create new innovation with related department not only for brand building but also for building sales
- Attention to detail and passion for delivering flawless output
- Young at heart with passionate and proactive attitude
Required Experience:
- Strong marketing experience, advantageous but not limited to for 6 years or more experience in multinational organizations
- Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
- 4 year university degree graduate (Marketing major preferred)
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Korean & English presentation and communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide variety of individuals; junior/senior; internal/external; local/global
- Advanced skills in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
