Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager (Tiger)

Position Title:

Brand Manager (Tiger Team)

Major Responsibilities of the Position:
 

  • Supporting the localizing adaptation of Tiger global communications & ABTL strategies, communication initiatives designed across the off-line and Inline channels to deliver sustainable market share, penetration, growth, revenue, profit and brand equity growth.
  • Supporting the creation, execution of Tiger brand’s digital communications across social media, digital media on-line to off-line channels with the aim to facilitate Tiger brand development and brand ambition.
  • Localize & execute global campaigns or develop local driven campaigns in line with the annual brand plan from designated brand areas including holistic communication landscape set-up to effective execution.
  • Dive into ideation or structure development for Annual Planning and Strategic Planning in line with Marketing Manager
  • In charge of communication both internally with Sales and Trade Marketing for consistent 360 activations and externally with agencies for fluid understanding.
  • Manage, analyze, and report budget and spending in line with total annual budget plan.
  • Market condition (from direct market visit and market report by agencies) and consumer’s insight generation (developing workshops using consumer research)

Details:

 

  • Generate relevant consumer insight for campaigns & develop creative brief in line with annual brand plan.
  • Manage bidding and proposals with creative agencies and request digital, media & PR support while managing budget, schedules and team support.
  • Consistently manage effective activation through communication and collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing.
  • Review, evaluate, analyze Marketing efficiency and Sales volume effectiveness of spending & annual plan and report to Marketing Manager

Required Experience:

 

  • Brand manager experience is a must
  • 4year university (BA) degree graduate (Marketing major preferred)
  • Strong sensitivity to consumer insight driven communication and creativity process.
  • Marketing experience, advantageous but not limited to for 6 years or more experience in multinational organization.
  • Experience in other FMCG companies & marketing agency is a plus
  • Strong command of written & spoken English (No need to be a Native speaker level, but needs to be comfortable & with experience in dealing global communication thru calls/emails)
  • Korean & English presentation and communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide variety of individuals; junior/senior; internal/external; local/global
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Assistant Brand Manager (Tiger Team)

 

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

  

  • Supporting the end to end Marketing campaign planning and executions, initiate consumer communication activities, and ensure brand activation is carried out as planned.
  • Develop local adaptation/interpretation of Global campaign (with proper level of reflecting Market understanding and consumer insight).
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing activities
  • Design media plan with 3rd party agencies focusing on digital channels and discover new channel opportunities.
  • Support brand portfolio management, prepare new product introduction and manage the development of new product artwork.
  • Manage 3rd party agencies with excellent communication skills.
  • Deeply engage in BTL strategy setting in cooperation with Trade Marketing & Sales teams and manage activations of BTL for the brand.
  • Execute annual ATL budget and support budget management.

 

 

Required Skills / Competencies:

 

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent English communication skills (no need to be a ‘native level’, however Speaking/Writing/Listening/Reading in English needs to be comfortable in a business setting.)
  • Around 2-3 years experience of marketing, brand management, PR, or equivalent combination of experience is preferred
  • Logical & analytical thinking, insightful issue solving skill, Willing to learn and has a positive attitude, Self-motivated & proactive & good team player
  • Excellent Interpersonal skill (Managing Agency + Internal Stakeholders / Motivate others to create great output.)
  • Multi-tasker
  • MS Office & PowerPoint skills
