Edelweiss Brand Executive

Job purpose:


Brand executive is a crucial role to support in the development of Edelweiss brand in Korea. Supporting the Senior Brand Manager, the Brand executive has to understand the local target consumer and market to develop the differentiated communication, activation, channel segmentation & route to market strategy in Korea while managing the global guidelines. This position will work closely with other departments in Heineken Korea, regional/global teams of Heineken group, and 3rd party agencies.


Major Responsibilities of the Position:


  • Implement brand strategy, initiate consumer communication plans, and ensure brand activation is carried out as planned.
  • Develop local adaptation/interpretation of Global campaign (with proper level of reflecting Market understanding and consumer insight).
  • Design media plan with 3rd party agencies focusing on digital channels and discover new channel opportunities.
  • Support brand portfolio management and prepare new product introduction.
  • Manage 3rd party agencies with excellent communication skills.
  • Deeply engage in BTL strategy setting in cooperation with Trade Marketing & Sales teams and manage activations of BTL for the brand.
  • Execute annual ATL budget and support budget management.



Required Skills / Competencies:


  • Bachelor's degree required (business/economics/advertising/marketing preferred)
  • Around 2 years experience of marketing, brand management, PR, sales, or equivalent combination of experience is preferred
  • Logical & analytical thinking, insightful issue solving skill
  • Self-motivated & proactive
  • Excellent Interpersonal skill (Managing Agency + Internal Stakeholders / Motivate others to create great output.)
  • Multi-tasker
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • MS Office & PowerPoint skills
