Edelweiss Brand Executive
Job purpose:
Brand executive is a crucial role to support in the development of Edelweiss brand in Korea. Supporting the Senior Brand Manager, the Brand executive has to understand the local target consumer and market to develop the differentiated communication, activation, channel segmentation & route to market strategy in Korea while managing the global guidelines. This position will work closely with other departments in Heineken Korea, regional/global teams of Heineken group, and 3rd party agencies.
Major Responsibilities of the Position:
- Develop local adaptation/interpretation of Global campaign (with proper level of reflecting Market understanding and consumer insight).
Required Skills / Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree required (business/economics/advertising/marketing preferred)
- Around 2 years experience of marketing, brand management, PR, sales, or equivalent combination of experience is preferred
- Logical & analytical thinking, insightful issue solving skill
- Self-motivated & proactive
- Excellent Interpersonal skill (Managing Agency + Internal Stakeholders / Motivate others to create great output.)
- Multi-tasker
- Excellent English communication skills
- MS Office & PowerPoint skills
