At all levels in the organization, Finance team must feel equipped and empowered to work as a true co-pilots of the business and timely analysis to drive decision making and at the same time challenging the business in a positive way, driving revenue and growth opportunities as well as cost and cash management.
 
As guardian of HEINEKEN’s assets and reputation we are control of our operations. We ensure that rules and regulations are applied with a strong focus on internal controls, and that our accounts reflects the true state of our business.
