People Business Partner Intern (Supply Chain)
Key Responsibilities
A. Learning & Development (supporting L&D Pillar)
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and attendance tracking
- Maintain and update training records and documentation
- Consolidate departmental training plans and learning data
- Support preparation of training materials and reports
- Assist in tracking capability development
B. Data & Reporting
- Maintain trackers and assist in basic dashboard preparation (Excel / Power BI)
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation
C. Performance Management Support
- Track PMC timelines and completion progress
- Support communication and follow-ups with stakeholders
D. Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day coordination and operational tasks
Key Requirements
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and HR Operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power BI & PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with good data accuracy and documentation skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet timelines
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently
