People Business Partner Intern (Supply Chain)

Key Responsibilities

 

A. Learning & Development (supporting L&D Pillar)

  • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and attendance tracking
  • Maintain and update training records and documentation
  • Consolidate departmental training plans and learning data
  • Support preparation of training materials and reports
  • Assist in tracking capability development

B. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain trackers and assist in basic dashboard preparation (Excel / Power BI)
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation

C. Performance Management Support

  • Track PMC timelines and completion progress
  • Support communication and follow-ups with stakeholders

D. Administrative Support

  • Support day-to-day coordination and operational tasks

 

Key Requirements

  • Strong interest in Learning & Development and HR Operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power BI & PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with good data accuracy and documentation skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet timelines
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently
