Finance Platform Consultant - PTP Invoice Management (Basware)

The Finance Platforms Consultant for PtP is primarily focused on the implementation and support of Global PtP Invoice Management Solutions as common platforms in the Operating Companies (OpCo).
Your Responsibilities:
- working within the Invoice Management Product Team to transform business requirements into solutions within the Purchase to Pay domain, safeguarding the Global Template
- keeping up with relevant developments in your functional area and ensuring the development, transfer, and retention of knowledge
- delivering working functional enhancements, including writing and reviewing functional specifications and test scripts, within the allocated time and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire to a zero-defect culture
- providing support to end users for issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and training
- managing the quality of the solution and technical debt
- identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and propose how to resolve these, reducing the complexity of the work that must be done
- providing guidance and coaching to other team members on changes throughout the design process, ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy, and support the Product are embedded in the team
- coordinating the work of third-party engineers, other related D&T global solutions teams and enablement teams to secure successful IT solutions delivery and support
- ensuring that the non-functional requirements related to security, controls and compliance to service management standards are embedded for the invoice management platforms
- supporting design, development and monitoring of integrations with ERP and other systems.
You are a good match if you have:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Electronics, or other related studies
- a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience, ideally in the deployment and maintenance of invoice management solution
- good understanding of PtP-related processes with focus on invoice management
- experience in Global roll out programs
- demonstrated leadership in driving changes to managed solutions, designing and implementing new solutions, and proposing innovative ideas to the business
- ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ability to work effectively and in an agile way at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
- ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
- demonstrated proactiveness, independence and logical thinking in solving complex issues.
You are a perfect match if you also have:
- experience with implementation and support of Basware P2P cloud solution
- SAP Technical experience, including SAP FI/CO product configuration experience, workflow configuration experience (e.g. SAP IM)
- experience in FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) sector
- experience with middleware integration scenarios (e.g. PI, Solace, Boomi, MuleSoft, APIC)
- understanding of IT systems supporting PtP processes such as ERP, procurement platforms, master data platforms and supplier management systems
- experience in test automation
- understanding of IT controls implementation and execution
- understanding of data and security standards to ensure secure data handling across systems
- good understanding of change management/release management processes.
