The purpose of Finance BI Team within D&T Finance is to deliver professional Business Intelligence solutions enabling efficiency and driving business value to Finance functions at HEINEKEN, globally and locally. The current and future demand for Business Intelligence solutions and aspiration to deliver on-demand to wider organizations requires proper focus and resources: Finance BI Consultants able to deliver
professionally and with required time-to-market products (PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud) based on Company’s strategic direction and business requirements. The team needs to be properly embedded into the organization and leverage on the expertise and experience of D&T Finance organisation, Global Finance, and business partnering roles.
Your responsibilities would include:
- being a Leader for the Finance BI Team, managing through planning resources for the team, recruiting people, on-boarding and setting goals and objectives
- formulating the architecture and design of Finance BI products based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints of used technologies in the D&T Finance organization
- seeking new opportunities for the implementation of Business Intelligence technologies according to HEINEKEN standards and practices
- conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifying architectural optimizations
- prioritizing of projects/developments and resource management
- collaborating with the Solution Architect on the solution design to ensure it conforms to the overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
- cooperating with Business and Technology stakeholders on optimal usage of data sources, consultation of Business Intelligence solutions, and understanding best practices and new developments in BI Solutions
- keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensuring development, transfer, and retention of knowledge.
- being end-to-end responsible for delivering the value of the Product through the entire Product life cycle
- ensuring maximum reusability of existing data sources and models
- providing ongoing, regular 1-2-1 feedback to team members on their performance and development
- planning succession, developing best people in the pipeline for leaders or experts
- effectively managing changes in the team
- managing internal and external stakeholders for the most effective delivery of Business Intelligence solutions
- creating multi-disciplinary teams for more complex Business Intelligence developments
- liaising with business SMEs to be a point of contact for Business Intelligence technical expertise and portfolio generation
- ensuring controls and governance across the whole Product lifecycle process are always adhered to and managed.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Finance
- experience in managing technical development teams
- experience in project and resource planning
- ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- ability to understand system complexity and translate technical concepts into solutions/applications
- experience in data modeling and data model normalization
- ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and define recommendations
- proven record of successfully developed and implemented solutions within a corporate environment
- proactive approach in identifying and solving problems/issues
- ability to independently drive improvements, act as a change agent and have a hands-on mentality. Works structured and is committed to delivering results
- dynamic and eager to work on a variety of topics to support work across the team

- very good interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities
- excellent written and verbal English.
You are a perfect match if you also have:
- experience with Power BI and/or SAP Analytics Cloud
- experience in assessing processes, performing cost/benefit analyses, tracking results, developing recommendations, and implementing changes that benefit business performance
- expertise in guiding process design. Ability to design, develop, and test automation workflows.
