Corporate Affairs at HEINEKEN Korea has a mission to spread HEINEKEN’s corporate philosophy and values in Korea. Corporate Affairs also supports HEINEKEN Brands to achieve business opportunities in Korea by establishing relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
We are responsible for Public Affairs, Corporate PR, and Crisis Management to reinforce corporate reputation. Through Corporate Social Responsibility, we also foster a corporate culture among employees and promote sustainable development for the community and HEINEKEN to grow together in Korea.

At HEINEKEN Korea, the Digital & Technology (D&T) team ensures smooth operations and drives innovation by staying ahead of technological trends. We act as strategic partners across the business, building strong relationships to deliver impactful digital solutions.
As part of both HEINEKEN’s D&T and the Korea Finance team, you will need more than technical skills. You will be expected to understand our commercial environment and translate business needs into effective, scalable systems that support our competitive edge.

Supply Chain is a core function that strategically manages the entire flow of goods—from demand forecasting and sourcing to production, logistics, and customer service. Its mission is to deliver customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by seamlessly connecting each stage of the value chain. Each function works in close collaboration to ensure agility and stability in a dynamic market environment.
Demand Planning partners with Sales to forecast market demand and build supply strategies accordingly. Accurate forecasting is the foundation for production and inventory planning, making it a critical driver of supply chain efficiency.
Supply Planning manages sourcing and supply by coordinating with global HEINEKEN breweries and partners. They align production schedules and inventory allocation with demand to ensure timely product availability across markets.
Customer Service works closely with the Commercial team to manage orders and deliveries, while also responding promptly to B2C customer complaints. They focus on building trust and delivering a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Logistics oversees inventory and warehouse operations through 3PL partners and manages import/export customs clearance. They optimize global logistics flows to ensure both stability and cost-effectiveness in the supply chain.

OFF Trade Sales has been maximizing the availability and visibility every day in hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores so that consumers can be satisfied with our products. Our function has both a specialized retail team and an execution team pursuing the perfect execution, and their passion and authenticity for work are truly marvelous.

Trade Marketing plays a key role in ensuring that HEINEKEN’s brands and products are selected by consumers or shoppers at key points of purchase, such as stores, bars, and restaurants. It involves developing strategies and activities based on market insights and additionally, it creates sales execution guidelines (Picture of Success) to support excellent sales execution.
Sales Operations is responsible for developing strategies to drive revenue growth and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure effective execution. The team also designs, monitors, and analyzes incentive programs to motivate the sales force and works closely with sales teams to achieve business targets.
