The Tribe Lead for Tech Acceleration leads multiple teams that deliver a set of capabilities that enable global business platform teams and developers across all HEINEKEN OpCos. There are three pillars in the Tribe:

• WorkflowTech which delivers collaboration platforms Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
• DevTech which delivers a wide set of DevOps platforms such as Azure DevOps, SonarQube and GitHub Copilot
• OpsTec which owns the observability platform as well as SRE and AIops services

Your responsibilities would include:

• being responsible and accountable for maximizing the value of the Tech Acceleration platforms and services by defining and driving the strategy and roadmaps to shape, build, operate and innovate
• owning the security and governance for all these services
• being responsible for aligning scope and delivery with the appropriate directors and teams
• being the owner of the partner relations and contracts in support of the delivery of the Tech Acceleration platforms and services
• being accountable for the financial management of assigned budgets (change and run budget)
• driving the Total Cost of Ownership for the products belonging to the tribe
• continuously searching for new technologies, services, and benchmarks to keep HEINEKEN running on best-in-class technology platforms and comply with external and internal audits
• being accountable for the set-up and development of high performing, agile product teams.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• a Bachelors or preferably Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science related studies
• minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Product Owner or similar role
• working experience in a complex international environment
• experience in an Agile environment, preferably functioning in a Product Team running SCRUM or KanBan
• an entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences including senior management.
• experience managing global partners / vendors and contract negotiations
• experience managing multiple teams
• a good understanding of Developer Experience
• a good understanding of observability and SRE
• a good understanding of IT Service Management and Backlog Management practices
• familiarity with Development, observability and collaboration/orchestration tooling.
• excellent stakeholder management skills

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

• PSPO II & EBM certification
• Demonstrated behavior / experience in customer centric value delivery
