The Tribe Lead is the Global Owner of the HyperAutomation strategy and all of the enabling products. The hyperautomation strategy aims to enable an intelligent automated enterprise maximizing the value of automation for Heineken. The platforms and capabilities support Heineken’s digital transformation bringing improvements in productivity, compliance, quality and a better experience for our customer and users.
Your responsibilities would include:
- being responsible and accountable for maximizing the value of the HyperAutomation products by defining and driving the strategy and roadmaps to shape, build, operate and innovate the platforms (Power Platform, UiPath, OutSystems, Azure GenAI, etc.). Owns the security and governance for all these services
- being accountable for enabling federated team, central teams, business stakeholders, and initiatives by means of self-service platforms
- being accountable for enabling the HyperAutomation teams in the regional hubs, as the extension of the global team, in order to deploy global services and to drive adoption of the global platforms
- being responsible for aligning with Global Information Security the security scope and ensuring a secured environment (patching, upgrading, migrating, etc.) for this function
- being accountable for the set-up and development of high performing, agile product teams
- driving the Total Cost of Ownership for HEINEKEN’s for the products belonging to the tribe
- continuously searching for new technologies, services, and benchmarks to keep HEINEKEN running on best-in-class technology platforms and comply with external and internal audits (security, governance and controls)
- being the owner of the partner relations and contracts (>10M per contract) in support of the delivery of the products
- being accountable for an advanced, cost-efficient DevOps team delivery HA services for enterprise level solutions.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- a Master’s degree in Digital and Technology
- 10-15 years of experience in a complex international environment
- strong and demonstrated experience in a driving digital transformation supported by a combination of digital technology platforms
- an entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences including senior management.
- demonstrated experience in managing global partners with more than €10M/year per contract
- proven experience in managing global teams, creating a trusted, business-focused mindset, and developing secure design strategies for related services
- experience managing yearly budget: change budget >€5M and run budget >€10M with transparency and charging models
- experience driving and managing external audits to comply with the Business Financial statements – regarding infrastructure and its security and operational compliance vs standards and global practices
- a sense of urgency to enable & support OpCos and its Operations with the related services
- proven experience in searching, selecting, and implementing new technologies in a fast evolving technology landscape, influencing the business with a formal global financial business case for its related services
- demonstrated behaviour in a customer centric value delivery model
- excellent written and verbal English.
