Transport Planner Team Leader

Your responsibilities would include:

• being responsible to oversee and manage transportation Planning & Execution 
  functions for all Operating Companies within his/her specific cluster. Acting decisively and 
  engage effectively with key stakeholders
• partnering effectively with external customers and OpCo transportation 
  organization, customer service representatives and wider supply planning 
  organization
• being responsible for adhering to SLAs, resolving any issues/challenges at the 
  OpCo side
• managing team of Planners by reviewing and improving resources on a 
  continuous basis
• liaising with Continuous Improvement team to support implementation of 
  operational and system improvements
• evaluating cluster operational planning performance
• reviewing and ensuring shipments have been successfully planned and 
  successfully delivered
• overseeing daily execution of transportation planning activities including 
  load consolidation, mode shift, and optimization of transportation routes
• seeking to optimize transportation and execution activities based on 
  transportation planners’ inputs, together with CI/CPI team.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• degree in Management, Business, Logistics or equivalent experience

• experience in logistics or transport operations

• team management background

• ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cultures

• organizational and team‑shaping skills

• strong collaboration skills

• good stress management and resilience
