Training and Onboarding Lead

The objective of this position is to shape and build the strategy for onboarding and training the teams responsible for deploying the transformation across various regions. This role is critical in ensuring that deployment teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to drive the successful execution of the program.

 

As part of our HEINEKEN EverGreen strategy to commit to future-proof the organization, adapt to market dynamics, and emerge stronger from the pandemic, there’s the objective to digitally transform the business and its relations with stakeholders. It’s this intention to become the “best-connected brewer” that’s a priority in Heineken’s digital and technology (D&T) organization through this Digital Backbone (DBB) Project.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • developing a comprehensive onboarding strategy for deployment teams across different regions, aligning it with the objectives and goals of the central team
  • creating and implementing a training program that covers the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools required for effective transformation deployment
  • ensuring development of training materials, resources, and documentation to support the training program, ensuring they are relevant, up-to-date, and easily accessible
  • collaborating with regional and local teams to identify specific training needs, taking into consideration the unique requirements of each region
  • overseeing the delivery of training sessions, which may include in-person, virtual, or self-paced training, and ensure consistency in content and approach
  • developing and implementing methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and the performance of deployment teams
  • gathering feedback from deployment teams and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods
  • collaborating with various program stakeholders, including the Program Director, Regional Managers, and subject matter experts, to ensure alignment with program goals.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • 5 - 8 years proven experience in developing and delivering onboarding and training programs, preferably in a global context
  • strong project management skills, with a focus on planning, execution and evaluation of training programs
  • presentation and facilitation skills
  • familiarity with Change Management principles and practices
  • ability to work effectively with cross- functional and cross – cultural teams
  • certification in training and development or related field
  • experience in managing training in the technology field (ERP, Business Platforms)
  • knowledge of industry-specific transformation initiatives.
