As a Technology Specialist - Transport Management you will be supporting Heineken’s digital transformation to the best-connected brewer in logistics area. In this role you will be working as a part of the D&T Supply Chain team helping business in the adoption of the existing tools as well as gathering and refining requirements, coordinating the design, and orchestrating new features implementation in logistics portfolio.
The Technology Specialist - Transport Management plays key role in supporting the OpCo on their journey to Transport Excellence. We focus on our business users’ needs while ensuring that global processes are well aligned, and tools are scalable and easy to maintain.
Your responsibilities would include:
- assessing the existing technology and transportation processes and document your findings in flow charts
- explaining the template solution, demonstrating standard processes and end to end flows
- conducting design sessions to map the to-be solution and document functional gaps
- challenging inefficiencies and process deviations, safeguard the templates and best practices
- when necessary, owning the additional development topics to coordinate changes with product owners, architects, integrators, and vendors
- participating in SIT testing preparation and drive testing sessions
- transforming functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- coordinating building new features in line with standards and end-to-end process constraints to improve the existing tools and strengthen the global template
- defining standard integration flows to be used in the global template and map the interfaces
- learning about new technology in POC and pilot implementation projects and use the findings to shape global platform adoption.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- you have a BSc or MSc degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Applied Economics or Software engineering
- you have at least 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role within a complex international environment with specific involvement with ERP-related Projects and Programs (SAP ERP, EWM, MM, SD, LE, TM/OTM)
- you have experience in integration of different platforms, including definition of the mapping for integration purposes. You understand different integration
- patterns and technologies (Event-Driven integration, API, Webhook)
- you have experience in a similar role in FMCG industry
- you have experience of working in a deadline-driven environment with rapid release cycles
- you have experience in leading meetings with multiple business stakeholders, explaining various logistics business (demand to warehouse, market to cash) processes and integration points with Transportation Management
- you have good overall end-to-end SAP process knowledge in the areas of Sales / Procurement, Inventory Management, and their integration points with Transportation Management
- you have experience in as-is logistics flows analysis in a complex integrated SAP landscape and documenting the results in end-to-end flow charts
- you have experience with standard integration approaches for SAP logistics objects (Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipments, Freight Orders, etc.) with external systems (IDocs, Odata, API)
- you are good at presenting the results of your work in an easily digestible format and know how to PowerPoint efficiently and with style.you are familiar with main principles of ITIL, SCRUM and DevOps methodologies. Certification/proved trainings in these areas will be an advantage
- you have experience in developing transport systems / technology configurations, ability to code an advantage
- you have excellent written and verbal English.
