Technology Specialist - Supply Chain

Your responsibilities would include:

• working with the Business Owners to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate solution requirements
• formulating the architecture & design based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints on the solutions
• maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices and evaluate them for applicability
• collaborating with Domain and Enterprise Architect on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
• conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifies architectural optimizations
• verifing the implementation to ensure the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture, and meet the requirements
• keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge
• acting as team members end-to-end responsible to deliver the value of the portfolio through the entire portfolio life cycle
• beeing responsiblee for key activities:
  - incident and change management
  - vendor management
  - license management
  - information security risk assessment
  - budgeting and cross-charging.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies
• technical background: (at least be familiar and understand the main principles):
  - business analytics tools (Power BI would be a plus)
  - network concepts/ protocol principles (HTTP,TCP/IP, VPN,..)
  - database management
  - Active Directory
  - Single Sign On
  - SaaS/Iaas/PaaS
  - applications architecture (client-server/3-tier/thin/thick client)
  - cloud infrastructure (MS Azure, Azure AD, AWS)
• project/service management:
  - understanding of SCRUM
  - understanding of ITIL
  - understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PMBoK, Prince 2, etc.)
• excellent written and verbal English
• functional competencies:
  - effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills:
  - experience in multinationals is an advantage
  - ability to talk both business and technical language
  - ability to summarize and make discussions actionable
  - strong problem solving and decision making abilities
  - excellent time management and personal organization skills
  - ability to work under time pressure
  - ability to simultaneously work on different areas
