This role is part of the Digital & Technology (D&T) department of HEINEKEN International, specifically within the D&T Insight & Foresights organization. D&T brings cutting-edge innovation, strong technology capabilities, and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN. Through speed and agility, D&T ensures HEINEKEN has the technological competitive advantages required to deliver on its strategic ambitions.

The Technology Specialist - Service Management is part of the HeiFlow team and is responsible for the design and architecture of the Technical Platform supporting the HeiFlow Product. The role provides technical direction, architectural guidance, and best-practice standards to product team members who deliver potentially releasable increments at the end of each sprint. Teams within D&T Insight & Foresights are structured and empowered to organize and manage their own work, enabling high levels of efficiency, ownership, and effectiveness.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 
• formulating the architecture and solution design for the platform (ServiceNow–based solutions), addressing functional and non-functional requirements while balancing technology constraints
• collaborating closely with Solution Architects and Domain Architects to ensure alignment with the enterprise architectural vision and technical roadmap
• ensuring end-to-end architectural consistency across the solution landscape
• verifing implementations to ensure delivered solutions conform to agreed architecture, standards, and requirements
• partnering with the Product Owner to drive the most efficient value-chain improvements for business stakeholders
• delivering end-to-end accountable for solution value across the full product lifecycle (design, build, release, run, and optimize)
• supporting product teams by removing technical impediments and enabling smooth delivery
• managing and reducing technical debt
• ensuring knowledge development, transfer, and retention within the team
• contributing to IT cost transparency and optimization discussions by providing technical input and insights
• supporting cost-awareness decisions without owning budget or financial accountability

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 
• bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies.
• minimum 5 years with maintaining and developing environment(ServiceNow–based solutions).
• practical experience of at least 3 cycles, in managing all technical aspects of upgrading to a new release of product
• excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders on different levels of seniority;
• experience as business and technical consultant/architect that is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Product;
• ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others.
