Technology Specialist - QA (Tricentis Tosca)

We are looking for a Technology Specialist – QA with a strong focus on Test Automation, ready to support and further develop our global quality capabilities. You will be part of a team delivering and evolving test automation services for HEINEKEN product and project teams worldwide, with a strong focus on the Tricentis Tosca ecosystem and modern QA tooling.
You will work closely with architects, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure high quality of our core business systems, while continuously improving automation standards, frameworks, and ways of working.

Your responsibilities would include:

• designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests primarily using Tricentis Tosca

• supporting and evolving test automation frameworks and standards used across HEINEKEN

• contributing to test management and quality reporting (e.g., qTest, xRay or similar tools)

• collaborating with product and project teams to enable efficient use of test automation platforms

• supporting performance and non-functional testing initiatives (e.g. NeoLoad, LoadRunner – depending on project needs)

• analyzing test results, identifying risks and quality gaps, and proactively proposing improvements

• acting as a technical QA expert for automation solutions delivered to internal stakeholders

• supporting knowledge sharing and upskilling of teams in test automation best practices.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related technical field
• solid hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca (core requirement)
• experience or practical exposure to test management tools such as qTest, xRay or similar
• understanding of modern QA processes and the role of automation in CI/CD and DevOps environments
• strong analytical skills and a quality-first mindset
• ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• previous experience working in an international environment using English on a daily basis.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• Experience with Microsoft Playwright or other modern UI automation frameworks

• experience with performance testing tools (e.g., NeoLoad, LoadRunner)

• familiarity with Agile/SCRUM ways of working

• experience working with offshore or distributed teams.
