Technology Specialist - Logistics DBB

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • assessing OpCo readiness based on a predefined checklist and support OpCo initial questions
  • conducting AS-IS configuration and process identification assessment
  • conducting design sessions to define the TO-BE E2E processes and integration design
  • conducting interface mapping sessions based on the defined integration design
  • supporting the requirements definition for the needed adaptations (creation of Business Requirement Documents and validation of Functional Design Documents)
  • supporting the build phase making sure that implementation teams are aligned (e.g Validation of Unit Tests)
  • supporting the creation of SIT & E2E IT Test cases and drive the testing sessions from a content perspective (Test sequence and support defects’ troubleshooting)
  • supporting UAT on defect/gap resolution
  • supporting Hypercare on defect/gap resolution
  • challenging implementation partners and businesses (Global and Local), as well as safeguarding the Heineken templates, architectural standards and SCM best practices
  • understanding business requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories, assess the complexity of these and translate into implementable solutions and configurations
  • ensuring the product design and implementation adheres to functional requirements and architecture standards
  • collaborating with product Architects on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
  • managing partners and suppliers (Tata Consultancy Services, Flo Consulting, Oracle, SAP, etc.).


You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree
  • minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience required in a similar role / a complex international environment / FMCG industry / SAP Consulting business
  • experience in a complex international environment with specific involvement in ERP-related Projects and Programs (SAP Logistics modules and other tools  e.g. WMS/TMS)
  • experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles
  • excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people, ability to lead meetings or workshops
  • can-do and hands-on attitude while dealing with some uncertainty in requirements & features to deliver MVP solutions
  • ability to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
  • understanding of main principles/have proved track of using of ITIL, SCRUM and DevOps methodologies; certification/proved trainings in these areas will be a benefit
  • ability to work independently, taking ownership and lead when/where asked and needed
  • ability to exchange and share knowledge/experience gained on previous projects, beneficial to both project and process improvements
  • experience in integrating different IT systems/tools e.g. definition of E2E processes mappings and the data mapping for integration purposes.
