Technology Specialist - Logistics (ERP/IT)

Your responsibilities would include:

• being responsible for all Operations (life cycle management, release management, change and incidents management and security) of the platforms supported by the team. In scope are SAP EWM on premise, SAP S/4 HANA EWM cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform
• ensuring that the solution landscape is stable to secure operations
• working together with product/domain architects and product owner safeguarding product roadmap/strategy
• ensuring the product backlog is visible, maintained, prioritized, and aligned with different stakeholders
• being responsible for driving the ways of working according to Agile / scrum principles and release management
• proactively collaborating and communicating with different IT and business stakeholders
• managing and working closely together with support partner(s), driving efficiencies, maintaining good relationship, and SLA
• managing performance of offshore team and being responsible for resourcing
• working together with the Global Supply Chain teams to optimize processes and service levels
• monitoring and driving the improvement of the quality of IT services according to guidelines and standards
• participating in the selection of new technologies
• working together with technology specialist to manage the quality of the solution and technical debt.

You are a good Candidate if you have:

• bachelor/master’s degree
• minimum of 4-5 years’ experience required in a similar role
• ability to drive decisions and recommendation about which technologies are needed to develop the product
• experience with working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles
• excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
• can-do and hands-on attitude while dealing with some uncertainty in requirements & features to deliver
• ability to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
• capabilities to build trustworthy relationships
• self-starter with the ability to lead offshore teams, mobilize business partners, analyze requirements, push back when required and deliver results
• experienced working within an Agile, DevOps environment. Experience with ITIL is preferred
• ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
• experience in a similar role and within a complex international environment with specific involvement with ERP-related Projects and Programs (SAP ERP, EWM, MM, SD, etc.)
• proven experience in IT Service Management frameworks and processes.
