Technology Specialist - Integration

Technology Specialist - Integration will be responsible for work with other product teams to bring our middleware solution into right place. Person will be defining right approach for setting up new integration between various systems, making a sure that Enterprise Data Model is kept for developed integrations. 

Your responsibilities would include:

• setting up and overseeing teams and partners involved to deliver the product, follow up on the SLAs compliance in close relation with the stakeholders
• collaborating with Product, Domain and Enterprise Architect on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap, following integration patterns, MACH principles, etc
• stakeholder management to listen and understanding the challenges, opportunities, requirements and needs of all involved parties
• converting the above into solution architecture specifications governance and delivering model in line with overall architectural standards and roadmaps
• overseeing the implementation - ensure the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture, and meeting the requirements
• conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures, identifying architectural optimizations, industry trends and new technologies
• verifying the implementation - ensuring the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture, and meeting the requirements
• support in discussions with suppliers on licenses, prices and performance management.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 3-5 years of experience of rolling out global CX / eCommerce platforms, ideally with Developer background
• knowledge of middleware systems like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft and Azure API Management or other
• working experience in the area of eCommerce integrations, preferrably with Microsoft Dynamics and / or Azure
• strong understanding of technical specifics; XML, REST APIs, JWT, PlantUML, etc where we need to enable our Dev teams
• knowledge of / experience in working in domain driven, modular and API-centric architecture and ability to guide Heineken on transition 
• knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client / Server and Supergraph would be an advantage
• ability to visualise and create high-level models (rigorous information-rich diagrams) that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture in alignment with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Developers
• ability to make decisions about which technologies are needed to develop the product, in headless architecture with open source / SaaS components
• experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams to craft technology products
• fluency in English.
