The Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is an integral division of the HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center. We are committed to making Heineken the most connected brewery. Your responsibilities would include:

· participating in IAM tool (IdenityNow) development
· providing peer code review
· developing and executing test cases and test suites
· performing QA integrations
· providing technical configuration in Sailpoint
· participating in ensuring compliance with policies
· cooperating with internal customers and suppliers.

You are a good candidate if you have:

· minimum 3 years experience in the area of identity and access management (IAM)
· good understanding of concepts like self-service, identity lifecycle, separation of duties, and recertification
· familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and policy-based access systems.
· knowledge of Sailpoint (IIQ or IDN/ISC)
· basic understanding of Active Directory (AD), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and Microsoft Entra ID.
· preferably, knowledge in scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
· basic understanding of protocols commonly used in user management/access management domain (e.g., LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM)
· knowledge about integrations and supporting tools, e.g., REST API, web service, tools like Postman, etc. · Demonstrated security awareness posture
· proficiency in English (at least B2 level).

· team player attitude and agile mindset (we work in Scrum Product Teams).
