Technology Specialist - IAM (maternity cover)

The IAM team is looking for an IAM Business Analyst to join the team, working on implementing IAM solutions for our OpCos and participating in the company’s enablement activities to roll out IAM capabilities in all DBB platforms, to become the best-connected brewery.

Your responsibilities would include:

• collaborating closely with the Product Owner to interpret business and functional requirements, ensuring they are translated into effective IAM solutions aligned with strategic objectives
• data analysis and validation: proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to review historical data on identity usage, identify trends, and make data-driven predictions for future usage
• analyzing identity data from sources like Active Directory, LDAP, and HR systems
• validating assumptions and detecting anomalies in access patterns. Use tools like Excel, SQL, or Python for deeper analysis
• contributing to the design, enhancement, and documentation of core IAM processes, including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Integration workflows, Governance & Compliance, Role Management, and Analytics & Insights
• evaluating incoming business requirements and managing their lifecycle through ServiceNow, ensuring timely follow-up, prioritization, and resolution in alignment with IAM team workflows
• maintaining and evolving process design documentation
• communicating functional and procedural changes clearly to the IAM user community and IAM Guilds, fostering transparency and adoption
• ensuring that product designs and implementations adhere to functional requirements and internal standards (HEINEKEN Quality, Architecture, Compliance, and Security), supporting audit readiness and operational excellence
• assisting the Product Owner in gathering relevant data and preparing documentation for Annual Plan costing, contributing to budget forecasting, and resource planning
• cooperating with internal customers and suppliers to support IAM initiatives, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across the identity ecosystem.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in identity and access management (IAM)
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and practices, as well as familiarity with IAM solutions and their implementation
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the Product Owner, internal customers, and suppliers, and to present findings and recommendations clearly
• Demonstrated security awareness posture
• proficiency in English (at least B2 level).

• Experience with the ITSM framework
• Strategic thinker, capable of translating vision into actionable plans
• Team player attitude and agile mindset (we work in Scrum Product Teams)
• Experience in collaborating with audit teams is an advantage.
