The Technology Specialist, part of the Product team, refines requirements and supports the design, build, and delivery of features for Directory Services platforms. They build, implement, and maintain Directory Services solutions based on the Microsoft Entra ID stack.

Product Teams are structured and empowered by the organization to organize and manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimizes the Product Team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness by promoting autonomy and accountability. Additionally, it encourages innovation while implementing necessary governance measures.

Your responsibilities would include: 

• contributing to the design, build, and delegation of the directory services platform engineering products
• building internal directory services UI platform, enabling self-service capabilities with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and security
• working successfully with continuous integration/continuous deployment (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines), and monitoring and logging tools
• building templates with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and associated tools (Terraform, Azure Resource Manager)
• writing code in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Graph API, Bash, Python
• ensuring product build meets functional requirements and HEINEKEN standards with guidance from the product architect
• delivering enhancements within allocated time and quality, aiming for zero defect
• verifying the system's consistency with agreed architecture and requirements
• providing technical expertise across multiple technology stacks
• self-organizing with team members; work is planned and executed by the team
• developing innovative products and assisting in removing impediments
• collaborating with subject matter experts to align and deliver initiatives, understand business requirements, assess complexity, and translate into solutions
• demonstrating features during sprint reviews and managing tasks with partners and suppliers.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•  3+ years' experience in a similar role within an international environment or FMCG industry expertise in one or multiple technology stacks listed in Functional Capabilities or similar technologies, or ability to quickly learn them
• strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

You are a perfect candidate if you also have:

• experience working in a deadline-driven environment with rapid release cycles
• preferably experienced in Agile environments
• familiarity with ITIL, SCRUM, and DevOps; certifications or training are beneficial.
