Technology Specialist - Directory Services

As a Technology Specialist in the Directory Services product team, you will be responsible for analysing business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and supporting the deployment of secure, scalable, and reliable Directory Services solutions. These include On-Premise Active Directory environments and connected Entra ID tenants across both IT and OT landscapes. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals, security standards, and operational excellence.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • supporting the delivery and optimization of Directory Services products and services for global HEINEKEN end-users and application teams
  • translating business requirements into functional specifications and backlog stories, while ensuring alignment with the product roadmap
  • collaborating with the Product Owner on effective Product Backlog management, prioritizing features and improvements to maximize business value
  • assisting in financial governance by evaluating the economic efficiency of Directory Services platforms, including capital and operating expenditures
  • engaging with internal stakeholders across functional domains (e.g., Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance), D&T Hubs (Europe, APAC, AMEE, Americas), Global Information Security, and Business Application teams
  • contributing to the development of architectural standards and deployment roadmaps in collaboration with the Tribe Product Architect and Enterprise Architecture
  • monitoring and reporting on availability and cost-efficiency of the Directory Services
  • contributing to the development of architectural standards and deployment roadmaps in collaboration with the Tribe Product Architect and Enterprise Architecture.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in IT
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an international environment/FMCG industry
  • experience working in global teams with internal and external stakeholders
  • experience working in an Agile environment
  • good communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people in a diverse international environment
  • strong analytical and quantitative skills and are highly structured
  • team player attitude and you are able to work effectively as part of the product team
  • experience with outsourced managed services and ITIL-based operations
  • proficiency in Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid identity models
  • customer-focused mindset with cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
  • fluent English
  • proactive, curious, and committed attitude to continuous learning and development.
