Technology Specialist - Data Analytics Procurement

The Technology Specialist – Data Analytics Procurement is part of the Procurement Digital Products Stream and is one of the professionals who deliver a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint. The Technology Specialist – Data Analytics Procurement supports the Stream Lead in translating architecture and requirements into technical solutions and participates in the development. Close collaboration with Product teams, incl. partners and the Global Procurement Organization is required to design, build, and deliver initiatives in the procurement area.

Your responsibilities would include:

• working with the Stream Lead to understand, elicit, analyze, configure, document and deliver technical requirements and solutions
• keeping up with relevant developments in own area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge
• working closely with the business to implement new applications integrating them in HEINEKENs IT landscape
• being part of a team delivering improvements on existing applications to improve the quality of the applications and reduce technical debt
• identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these, reducing complexity of the work that has to be done
• being self-organizing with other team members. There is no separate management layer at Heineken, work is planned and executed by the team
• providing inputs for budget and rolling forecasts related to the Digital products stream and procurement costs.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• at least 5 years’ experience in IT with a similar scope of responsibilities
• experience with technical implementation and integration of IT applications
• excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
• ability to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
• ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others.
• Agile mindset.

Nice to have:
• experience with development/ designing data models within a data warehouse
• knowledge with PowerBI and dashboarding
• experience in working in an Agile team
• knowledge in Azure
• experience in guiding more junior team members and / or driving development activities.
