The Technology Specialist (Customer Service) is part of the D&T Customer Service & Logistics Team (Supply Chain) and is one of the professionals who support the Customer Service to deliver the digitized solutions to our Business. This role requires a solid understanding and practical experience in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC (SD, LE, MM).
Your responsibilities would include:
- leading, coaching and developing capabilities within the team to embrace change and support the delivery of the strategic agenda
- business collaboration: work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technological solutions for logistics.
- project collaboration: leverage expertise in SAP Order to Cash (OTC), collaborating with SAP S/4 HANA implementation team.
- system configuration and customization: lead the design, configuration, and standardization of CS systems to meet complex business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems, aligned to architectural vision, design and quality
- system enhancement: identify opportunities for system enhancements and lead the implementation of new functionalities, upgrades, and innovations to maintain state-of-the-art logistics operations
- process improvement: collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness in logistics operations.
- performance monitoring: establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate CS&L performance, conducting regular audits and analyses to identify areas for improvement
- collaborates with Product Architects on the solution design to ensure it conforms to the overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
- maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and technology best practices; evaluating them for applicability
- close collaboration with system integrators and other suppliers, enabling them to coordinate/communicate to third parties and being the driving force to support our teams in resolution and escalation if needed
- define, communicate and maintain a clear vision for the SAP OTC aligned with organizational goals.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field
- 5-7 years of overall IT experience in SAP with at least 2 full cycle project execution experience as Order-to-Cash consultant with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects and initiatives
- relevant certifications in logistics technology (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP SD) are preferred
- experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation
- experience ensuring seamless integration between SD/CS and other modules & platforms
- an innovative mindset with a focus on leveraging new technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement
- excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
- you are a team player, and you can work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
- ability to be analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured, and a fast learner
- ability to work independently, taking ownership and leading when/where asked and needed
- subject Matter Expert in SAP SD and have implementation experience of projects, experience in Strategy & Consulting
- strong understanding of SD architecture and technical design.
