We are looking for a technology specialist engineering capabilities and experience. You drive HEINEKEN’s Global Secure Multi-cloud networking team and services in DevOps together with the outsource partners. To be successful, you will capture stakeholder requirements and translate them to user stories on the backlog. You will develop the services in its lifecycle, and you will make sure that operational services are supported and compliant with the standards, frameworks, and guidelines. You understand how the cloud native constructs of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services work to design improvements or solve operational incidents. The technology landscape consists of Microsoft Azure, AWS, Aviatrix Secure Cloud networking and Fortinet firewalling and security.

Your responsibilities would include:

• leading a team of DevOps engineers
• backlog management and prioritization
• stakeholder management and requirements gathering
• managing Aviatrix Secure Cloud networking capability
• managing and operating virtual Fortigates in cloud hyperscalers
• managing impediments and dependencies with the other sub-products and Product Owner
• working with the Product Owner on delivering the strategy, where Cloud and Data are drivers of success
• looking for structural solutions over one-time quick fixes.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 7-10 years working experience in a cloud and/or network environment
• understanding the Agile mindset and have basic knowledge on working in a Scrum Team. You show end-to-end ownership on work that you do
• good knowledge of English, written and verbal 
• experience with outsourced managed services, using ITIL processes
• understanding and work on the architecture of multi-cloud network technologies
• ability to interpret business requirements and translate it into technical solutions
• certification or equivalent experience in Terraform
• certification or equivalent experience in Azure DevOps
• certification or equivalent experience in Azure or AWS
• knowledge of networking (routing, segmentation, egress/ingress)
• knowledge of security (filtering, segmentation, inspection, vulnerability management)
• basic knowledge on security other solutions (SSL, Remote Access, IPSEC, Reverse Proxy, Multi Factor Authentication)
• basic knowledge on other infrastructure. Eg: Active Directory, DNS, IP Addressing, Azure AD
• basic knowledge of general network monitoring solutions (eg: Solarwinds)
• knowledge of Aviatrix is a plus.
