As a Business Analyst you immerse yourself in a collaborative Agile squad alongside a product architect, product owner, and implementation team.
- Your impact will extend beyond our largest operating companies, as you contribute to an expansive roadmap, accelerating deployments, standardizing both technical and business perspectives, and reducing total cost of ownership.
- You support the Product Owner in translating product needs and requirements into deliverable units of work—Epics/Features/Stories.
- You will work with the Product Team and partners to ensure end-product meets business requirements.
- Forge relationships globally to enhance solution maturity, both technically and business-wise.
- Tackle business architecture, ensuring seamless data flows for enhanced journeys, and identify opportunities for process and technology improvements that have direct business impact.
- Your role involves planned governance and planning for solution and capability maturity, continually assessing people, processes, and technology - the operating model for sustained excellence.
- You are able to zoom out and view the solution as part of the wider D&T architecture to plan ahead in terms of business and data architecture.

Your responsibilities would include:
- ensuring consistency of the overall solution
- working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicating program and platform/application requirements
- supporting the Product Owner with facilitate the gathering, definition and prioritization of requirements with key stakeholders
- supporting Product Owner to define and own the value definition of Stories
- supporting the Product Owner to translates client’s business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents and use cases
- completing the user stories with Acceptance Criteria
- supporting the Product Owner to breakdown, decomposing and describing business needs into Stories
- working ahead of team to elicit requirements for the next Sprint's Stories
- providing discipline, rigor and technical skills to the requirements definition and validation process
- supporting the Product Owner to engage stakeholders to ensure the Product Team is receiving necessary inputs
- managing the quality of the solution and technical debt. Assist in testing and quality assurance processes
- maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices and evaluate them for applicability
- you are responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance)
- you are multidisciplinary – ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy and support the Product are embedded in the team.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- at least 3-5 years of relevant (global) experience in a similar position
- experience on deploying Pricing & Promotions solutions across multiple markets
- very good knowledge of Pricing & Promotions business processes and functionalities
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- understanding of the software development life cycle
- understanding of system integration and deployment processes
- very good knowledge of SAP pricing, Pricefx, Vistex or another market leader Pricing & Promotions technology
- understanding of the business strategies and objectives of Revenue Margin Growth, and the related technology
- good knowledge of MySQL or another database and querying language
- are familiar with at least one major (data) cloud platform, e.g. Azure, AWS, or GCP
- knowledge of SAP SD or another ERP
- excellent facilitation, presentation, and analysing skills
- business domain expertise for the relevant product
- good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling
- experience in working with Business Intelligence tools would be a plus
- experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles
- experience with Agile way of working
- experience in rollout global solution operating across the markets will be considered as a plus.
