Technology Specialist - Business Analyst

Your responsibilities would include:
- proactively managing dependencies: analyzing E2E end-to-end, MTC, OTC, and other business processes and dependencies between products, applications, Core ERP, and the Digital Backbone. Identifying gaps across different areas
- tracking roadmaps, deployments, and integration timelines within the Frontend area in the Connected Users Tribe and Backend area if needed
- coordinating collaboration between teams and products: providing guidance and support to the BAs in the team, leveraging their own active involvement in business processes; acting as a liaison between projects and products, ensuring smooth information flow among teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, DevOps, Tech Leads, Architects, Key Users, Partners, mass deployment stakeholders) and Senior Managers, Chapter Leads and stakeholders—support teams in managing dependencies and synchronizing actions across different areas
- integrating knowledge, building bridges and delivering value: connecting data and information from various sources to support cross-functional collaboration and enable strategic decision-making; synthesizing complex information from various domains to deliver value to the organization
- leading and managing areas of responsibility: taking a leading role in overseeing specific areas of business analysis, driving initiatives, and ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals; leading the identification, management, and monitoring of inter-project dependencies, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration between teams and projects
- proactively solving problems: identifying and proposing solutions to challenges related to integrations and dependencies between systems, applications, and teams
- managing communication with stakeholders: participating in meetings, workshops, and reviews with stakeholders to discuss progress, requirements, and project changes
- seeking and implementing best practices: actively seeking and implementing best practices in the business analysis domain; developing skills within teams and actively participate in the BA Guild community within the organization
- adapting to a multicultural environment: demonstrating respect and adaptability to the uniqueness of others while working in a multinational and multicultural team.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role within a complex project and product environment
- university degree in economics, management, computer science, or data analytics
- ability to work from the HEINEKEN office in Krakow at least 5 days per month
- experience working in a deadline-driven environment with rapid release cycles
- experience in stakeholder management, working effectively with key stakeholders such as Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, Tech Leads, Architects, Key Users, and Partners
- knowledge of business operations: E-commerce, Sales Representative, and Customer Service, including understanding key challenges and dependencies within these areas.
- familiarity with at least one major cloud platform: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred), Salesforce, HubSpot
- ability to analyze business processes, identify dependencies, and map relationships between systems
- understanding of the software development life cycle and foundational experience in platform testing and automation
- strong ability to connect data from various sources and see the "bigger picture," synthesizing information across multiple domains
- strong proactivity and analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges proactively
- excellent facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas
- natural ability to lead initiatives, engage others in collaborative processes, and manage projects without the need for constant direction
- familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and ways of working
- excellent fluency in English
- certification in business analytics and IT technologies would be beneficial.
