Technology Procurement Consultant

Your responsibilities would include:
· working with the Stream Lead, Product Owners and other key (global) stakeholders to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate business, program and platform/application requirements
· formulating the architecture and design based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints on the solution, including overall architectural standards (Domain, Enterprise)
· participating and lead the requirements gathering, design, architecture, development and E2E ownership of new initiatives
· leading technology selection process in the HyperAutomation stream to ensure efficient and integrated product development
· working with teams and stakeholders to deliver incremental product enhancements within the target timescales and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero-defect culture
· working closely with the business to identify and implement new applications, integrated in the IT landscape, that deliver value to HEINEKEN
· understanding business requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories, assess the complexity of these and translate into implementable solutions and configurations
· designing and develops solutions or keeps oversight on developers (internal and external) to assure technical quality and overall HEINEKEN standards are met
· demonstrating product features during sprint reviews to stakeholders
· keeping up with relevant developments in own area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge
· being self-organizing with other team members. There is no separate management layer at Heineken, work is planned and executed by the team.

You are a good candidate if you have:
· at least 5 years’ experience in IT with a similar scope of responsibilities
· experience with technical implementation and integration of IT applications
· experience as Functional Consultant or Business Analyst, supporting E2E product development; identity business opportunities, design, architect, build
· ability to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
· excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing); ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people and identify and understand multiple stakeholders’ perspectives and “truths”
· excellent presentation and analyzing skills
· experience in Agile WoW (Scrum) with rapid release cycles
· experience in integrations between technologies
· experience with web services (SOAP & REST)
· experience with data modelling and database design
· an open mind to understand and build on the views of others
· ability to work in teams and improve the efficiency of the teams
· ability to understand Business requirements and translate these into technology solutions.

You are a perfect match if you also have:
· expert knowledge with SAP and Procurement platforms
· experience with MS Power Platform · Experience with or knowledge automation tools (i.e. UiPath)
· experience in working in a multi-cultural environment with a mixture of internal and vendor resources
· experience in guiding/driving development activities
· experience with integrations with large ERPs

· experience with continuous integration and deployment.
