Service Integration & Management is a new global digital and technology department, created with a focus to streamline D&T processes, related to Testing, Service Management and Observability. SIAM is also a matrix organization, with clear ambition and focus on enable service management across functions, regions and operating companies; including elevating the current capabilities to hub organizations. Technology SIAM Stream Lead - Support Functions is accountable for the service management across Heineken organization, including being knowledge point for the function landscape, understanding/owning the service management insights for the domain, acting proactively to ensure system stability, issue resolution and service continuous improvement of operating stream ecosystem based on critical business input.
Your responsibilities would include:
- being accountable for the service management per functional domain, including incident resolution and proposals to product teams for improvements
- being accountable to provide insights for functional domain D&T landscape stability, resilience, cost and to drive for improvements (reporting progress on quarterly basis)
- being accountable for the governance, stakeholder management across Heineken organization in respect to the functional service management, including enabling standardization of technology processes across the portfolio and globally
- developing the SIAM organisational design to ensure the optimum support for the OpCo's. Enables the transformation of the function
- ensuring SIAM Functional Pilar is staffed appropriately. Accountable to the budget, related to the Functional Pilar
- implementing the Heineken leadership, culture and values across service management functional teams.
You are a good candidate if:
- you have a Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant Function
- you have 8 years of working with relevant functional senior business stakeholders, influencing and working with OpCo’s
- you have 5 Years experience in managing vendors, resources and contracts
- you have 5 years’ experience of leading large teams in multi-cultural environments
- you have enough technical depth and affinity with the relevant function to understand issues and judge their relative importance
- you have the courage to be innovative: embracing IT innovation and technological possibilities and bring them to the relevant functional teams
- you can identify and manage interdependencies and optimize business value
- you are able to reflect, have open discussions and trust to help the Product Teams to grow and develop
- you are able to create an environment in which the self-confidence and proactivity of the teams can blossom
- you are positive and problem-solving skills
- are able to create a common purpose within the project in which collaboration and mutual accountability are key
- you have strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
