Team Leader Supply Planning

In the role of Team Leader Supply Planning you will become part of the European S&OP Hub, where you together with your Supply planning team, will be responsible for creating and maintaining the supply plan for several OpCos. You and your team consisting of supply planners, will be instrumental in delivering HEINEKENs local and regional ambitions and drive excellent product availability, while optimizing supply chain cost. You will be driving continuous improvement in the planning function and will be fundamental in successfully establishing the S&OP Hub.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Leading, coaching and coordinating the Hub supply planning team to maximize product and materials availability and optimize supply chain costs
  • Coordinating & supporting creation of supply plans and validate outcomes together with supply planning team
  • Being the contact for the OpCos for all Supply planning related issues
  • Managing preparation of- and participating in OpCo S&OP meetings
  • Coaching and developing an international diverse team of Hub Supply Planners
  • Driving continuous improvement and capability building in the planning function

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • Strong understanding of supply/material planning, scheduling/call-off and the HEINEKEN supply chain
  • Strong change manager with great interpersonal skills and sensitivity for intercultural differences
  • Ability to build strong relationships and trust between the OpCos and Hub team
  • Excellent people management and development skills
  • Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
  • English language proficiency
  • At least 5 years work experience in planning in the consumer goods industry
