Tax Reporting Analyst

The Tax Reporting Analyst is a key member of the Global Tax Team, responsible for supporting tax reporting, accounting, and transfer pricing compliance. Located in our Shared Service Center in Krakow, Poland, this role involves conducting analytical reviews of corporate income tax positions of our operating companies, preparing data for international tax reporting such as OECD CbC and Public CbC, and assisting with transfer pricing documentation, data analysis, and audits. This position requires a proactive individual with 3-5 years of Record to Report (RTR) experience, strong SAP FI module knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. The ideal candidate is eager to develop expertise in corporate income tax and transfer pricing within a global organization. This role offers significant growth potential and on-the-job training in tax and transfer pricing for an ambitious RTR professional.
Your daily tasks may include:
Corporate Income Tax Review & Analysis
- conducting in-depth analytical reviews of tax positions reported by operating companies, focusing on key metrics (effective tax rate, tax on other comprehensive income, corporate income tax paid, tax on exceptional items)
- analyzing variances, investigating drivers, and proactively identifying trends and potential tax risks
- communicating findings and collaborating with operating companies to ensure data accuracy.
OECD and Public CbC Reporting Support
- preparing, compiling, and validating financial and legal entity data for the OECD and public CbC reports.
OECD Pillar Two Support
- initially, providing data and answering basic queries from operating companies about Pillar Two, then progressively developing expertise to perform QDMTT calculations and provide advanced support
- collaborating with the global tax team to escalate complex Pillar Two questions and ensure consistent guidance.
Transfer Pricing Local File Preparation
- gathering and organizing relevant financial data from operating companies for transfer pricing local files
- proactively following up with operating companies to obtain necessary data within deadlines.
Transfer Pricing Audit Support:
- independently gathering and compiling information, data, and documentation to analyze intercompany transactions and prepare for transfer pricing audits
- interacting directly with finance and tax colleagues in operating companies and head office functions
- assisting in organizing and preparing data, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
You are a good match if you have:
- bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Record to Report (RTR) processes within a multinational company
- strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ERP, specifically the FI module
- demonstrated interest in corporate income tax and transfer pricing
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and inconsistencies in financial data
- strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
- continuous improvement mindset with an interest in process optimization and automation.

- experience in data gathering and analysis from multiple, decentralized sources.
