Talent Acquisition Administrator

The role of Talent Acquisition Administrator includes acting as company ambassador in contact with potential future employees and supporting other specialists in administrative tasks. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to details, ability to work within deadlines and great communication skills to ensure that we deliver the Talent strategy.

 

Talent Acquisition Administrator (fixed-term contract)
 


Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate basis at all times
  • Administration and coordination of full recruitment request cycle, from creation to closing
  • Maintaining talent acquisition database with accurate details on candidate, vacancy, etc.
  • Being responsible for scheduling interviews and supporting TA Specialists in administrative tasks
  • Ensuring proper communication about talent acquisition with involved stakeholders
  • Completing HR and business data for talent acquisition process
  • Preparation of postings for different job boards
  • Working cooperatively with all members of the team to develop and implement plans and activities.

 

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • University degree - HR Management faculty preferable
  • Basic theoretical and practical knowledge of the given HR area (Talent Acquisition)
  • Learning agility to adapt to dynamic environment and learn on the fly
  • Engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks
  • Good communication, customer orientation and stakeholders’ management skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English (min. B2).

 

You are a perfect match if you also have:

  • Previous experience in administrative tasks related to talent acquisition will be an asset.
