TS&O Technology Specialist - Connectivity

Your responsibilities would include:

 
• working with different teams with cross-product, cross-geo location to successfully execute complex cybersecurity projects
• technical hands-on to support internal clients IT teams to fill in any technical knowledge gaps
• troubleshooting and resolving network issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• monitoring and managing network performance, ensuring reliability and security
• collaborating with other IT teams to integrate networking solutions
• knowing how perform network configurations and hardware
• knowing how manage and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices
• providing training to internal teams on network technologies and troubleshooting
• keeping up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in networking
• producing detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting logs.

You are a good candidate if you have:

 
• excellent communication skills (including verbal, written, presentation skills)
• personal skills to connect and bulid high impact “trust” relationships with internal clients and other stakeholders
• fluent English 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• experience with IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) environments

• 5+ years of experience as a Networking Specialist, Network Engineer, or similar role
• strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, etc.) and concepts

• knowledge of routing and switching technologies (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol, etc.)
• proficiency in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment
• experience with VPNs, VLANs, and network security tools
• understanding of network monitoring tools
• experience with cloud networking technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus
• excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
