Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • coordinating the implementation of European-wide business initiatives to enhance and exceed performance goals related to supply chain management within CS&L
  • leading complex ad-hoc supply chain analyses to support management and teams in decision-making
  • leveraging data analytics to identify cost and customer service improvement opportunities
  • driving change and creating value through insights generated from rigorous data analysis, combining both data expertise and a strong understanding of CS&L processes
  • partnering with the Global SC BI team to enable transparency and data-driven decision-making through dashboards and reports
  • creating and maintaining metrics & reports to monitor and analyze key drivers for process improvements
  • evaluating digital products, technologies, and software improvements within the global supply chain ecosystem.
     

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of industry experience in supply chain, IT, or operations
  • practical knowledge of the supply chain industry, digital solutions, and technology
  • strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from data, and a problem-solving mindset
  • proficiency in IT systems, Microsoft Office, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
  • fluent English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively in an international environment
     

You are a perfect match if you also have:

 

  • experience in project management and continuous improvement (TPM)
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and interact at different organizational levels
  • the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently in a corporate environment
