StP & DtW Analyst

Your responsibilities would include:

• identifying and analying business impacts of implementation of the Global Template
• identifying Operating Company and Region requirements, analying operational issues, proposing potential solutions and after approval supporting implementation of the processes and procedures
• preparing and monitoring actual results
• analysing and reporting results to Region/Global and Business Partners
• proactively looking for improvements in operational processes and PPI dashboard
• advising in setting of improvement targets
• developing and maintaing successful working relationships with key stakeholders.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable position
• experience in monitoring and reporting process performance and process performance indicators
• knowledge of PowerBI
• excellent business analytical skills to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement of service and customer satisfaction
• able to understand E2E processes and the application to the tasks and responsibilities in this position
• strong stakeholder management capabilities and excellent skills in relationship building and collaboration at all levels of the organisation
• good organisational and planning skills
• excellent active listening skills
• exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
• must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
• proactive in identifying and solving problems/issue.

Analyst StP/DtW

• Good understanding of Source to Pay process: Procurement, Inbound Logistics and Purchase to Pay finance
• Good understanding on Demand to Warehouse process: Production, Inventory Movements, Inventory Management and Product Costing.

The position of StP & DtW Analyst is temporary for 1-1,5 year.
