Sourcing Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:



  • supporting end-2-end recruitment process efforts for HGSS open positions, including sourcing, interview, evaluation, feedback-process execution, and status monitoring as per the TA policies and agreed approach
  • candidate sourcing for a variety of IT roles
  • proactively attracting and searching the most valuable candidates, using LinkedIn, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and social media
  • setting the right searching/sourcing strategies to reach and attract top talents
  • taking care of the best candidate experience and building a positive image of the Heineken company across the market
  • constant improvement of our processes and exploring new ways of attracting candidates
  • taking care of documenting and maintaining all candidate information in company databases and ATS
  • preparing market insights for the business
  • ensuring operational support to employees, managers, other clients, and stakeholders within their respective areas of expertise through the team of TA Specialists
  • and any other task assigned by the Line Manager within the scope of functional responsibilities.


You are a good candidate if you have:


  • University degree - HR Management faculty preferable
  • at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in IT industry
  • learning agility to adapt to dynamic environments and learn on the fly
  • engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks
  • experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools and techniques
  • good understanding of the IT technologies and market
  • good communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to work independently and within the team
  • result-oriented mindset and comfort while working with minimal supervision
  • excellent written and verbal English.
