Senior Transition Lead

Senior Transition Lead (STL), who is part of Transition Management Office (TMO), will be responsible for monitoring and managing the successful delivery of the transition roadmap for the given group of OpCos, working closely with the OpCo`s, HGSS and Leadership Teams. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between all involved parties to achieve transition goals and benefits.

 

Successfully steer the completion of Transition roadmaps in line with the plans. The role involves managing Senior Stakeholder’s expectations and lead a team of 3 to 4 Transition Managers responsible for monitoring the transition of various work streams. The Senior Transition Leads is the point of escalation for the Transition Managers.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • Planning, project managing and executing the overall/part of a transition program
  • Determining goals, milestones, timeframes, procedures and approach, transition resources for the transition program
  • Overall transition management of existing processes from OpCos into the HGSS
  • Working with the HGSS teams and OpCo management, and other relevant stakeholders in delivering the transition program
  • Developing Transition Plan metrics and report the progress as per the indicated schedule
  • Identifying and monitoring risks and issues, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for the TMO, leverage on Senior stakeholders to remove impairments when applicable
  • Securing the analysis of current processes and gaps identification together with impact assessment to identify exceptions, with ongoing support of Business Analysts
  • Taking actions to remove road-blocks met by the TMO on the roadmap to complete the key transition deliverables
  • Monitoring and reporting of overall/part of a transition program progress
  • Working together with TMO, Enabling Functions (HR,IT,C&C, P&CI) and Workstreams on the project to deliver the project objectives
  • Ensuring efficient and effective transition delivery
  • Collaborating with, supporting and managing Transition Managers
  • Ensuring effective communication between key stakeholders groups for each transition (Project Team, Function Leadership, OpCo`s management, HGSSManagement, HGSS Knowledge Capture Teams)
  • Securing successful training of HGSS Knowledge Transfer Team
  • Ensuring correct application of transition methodology to each transition being managed by the Transition Managers
  • Providing general transition and project management expertise and advice

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • good understanding of HEINEKEN culture
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Management
  • minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar position (Transition Manager/ Project Manager) in an international SSC or BPO environment
  • proven track record of transition management of processes into an SSC/BPO organization
  • excellent knowledge and experience of project management and SSC/BPO related transitions
  • ability to work independently as well as within a team environment and deliver within agreed deadlines
  • strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • excellent written and verbal English
  • other European languages will be a plus

 

You are a perfect match if you also have:

 

  • Project certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM etc.)
  • 3 years people/stakeholder management.
