Senior Total Rewards Specialist

We are open to both Mid level and Senior candidates, and the final scope of responsibilities will be adjusted depending on the candidate’s experience, level of expertise, and seniority.
Your daily tasks may include:
- drafting and consulting the company’s remuneration guidelines to ensure they continue driving performance and fit business needs. Providing Total Rewards expertise in market positioning, annual compensation reviews, incentive design, benefits, and related remuneration topics
- maintaining the job evaluation and job information system, ensuring that jobs are graded consistently according to the agreed process and that the People Function team is informed
- providing support to the in country People Function team and serving as the Total Rewards link with global Total Rewards teams
- ensuring smooth execution of Total Rewards cycles (salary review, promotions, bonus calculations, data submissions to market providers, etc.) by providing tools, data, and running info sessions for employees
- drafting and keeping all Total Rewards-related policies and procedures up to date
- ensuring local policies and Total Rewards-related data remain aligned with global guidelines and standards
- supporting or participating as a project team member in initiatives to ensure best in class Total Rewards standards within HGSS projects and deliverables
- supporting the Finance team in budget preparation and ensuring alignment between budget and spending
- creating engaging communication materials to explain Total Rewards programs in a clear, employee friendly way
- driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Total Rewards area, with a focus on digitalization, automation, and user experience
- supporting developing simple Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize Total Rewards data and support decision making
- designing, proposing and implementing new employee benefits aligned with market trends and employee expectations
- planning, creating and facilitating webinars and knowledge sharing sessions for new joiners, employees, and people leaders on Total Rewards topics.
You are a good match if you have:
- extensive knowledge of remuneration principles, compensation benchmarking, grading methodologies, international mobility, performance management and incentive design
- advanced Excel user, able to create templates and tools to support Total Rewards area
- financial acumen and strong commercial orientation – able to act as a business person with in-depth remuneration expertise
- strong business perspective combined with well-developed consulting, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills to deal effectively with a wide array of demanding business leaders including senior executives
- Senior level Min 5 years’ , mid-level min. 3 years’ experience in Total Rewards area
- proven record of successful design and implementation of compensation and benefits practices for large and complex organizations
- ability to act independently with most of standard and non-standard TR tasks and issues.
